A nice wee surprise at start of this week, a “beauty” if you like… Gourmet Burger Kitchen ‘making right a wrong’ when their service earlier this year was less than acceptable in Angel, London, then lost the complaint form and better late than never are now making amends! Credit where credit is due – I am very impressed as never thought I would hear from them ever again. Just goes to show the power of a letter folks. Sweet unexpected wee cheque today and meal voucher in the post… 10 out of 10 for effort to improve customer service…
